Rice Meal Blessing Bag Pack
Feeding the Hungry
Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 10:00 am to noon
On Saturday, October 18, 2025, we will once again host a Rice Meal Pack to feed the hungry. We conducted this ministry last year and in addition to members of Hanover UMC filling bags, members from North United Methodist Church, Trinity United Methodist Church, and students from Southwestern High School participated. We urge anyone in the community who wishes to help to join us.
We filled 1,200 bags in one hour and 45 minutes. This fed 7,200 people
We partner with Midwest Mission for this project. We buy the materials from Midwest Mission which brings the supplies and materials and will ship the rice bags to locations in need. To learn more about Midwest Mission go to https://www.midwestmission.org/

These Rice and Soy Blessing Bags not only meet hunger needs, but meet nutritional needs to provide lasting energy.
